Payment options: weekly, every 4 weeks, or full block upfront.
Flat rate: £120 per 4-week block
An initial consultation to discuss exercise history, lifestyle, and goals
A personalised training programme tailored to your goals and schedule
Weekly 30-minute coaching calls for the first 4 weeks
Bi-weekly coaching calls after your first month (even if you re-enrol in shorter blocks)
Whatsapp and email support (expanded after first 4 weeks)
Progress tracking and adjustments when necessary
Nutritional guidance - food log analysis and macronutrient breakdown.

Each coaching block starts with fresh focus — but lasting change takes time. While a 4-week block can help you get started, 12 weeks allows for deeper progress, consistency, and adaptation.
Program Delivery
Your training program is delivered in phases — one phase at a time — with your first phase typically sent within 7 days of your consultation. This gives me time to build a plan that fits you properly rather than rush something generic. You'll always know what you're working on and why.
