I provide Hybrid In-Person Coaching, which combines in-person personal training with additional support through check-ins and program adjustments outside of sessions. I also offer online coaching for those who prefer flexible, remote guidance.
I work with people how are looking to change their relationship to their body and their approach to exercise. Whether you're looking to increase muscle mass, improve strength, lose weight or to generally 'get fit', it will all be approached through connection to self.
No! Whether you're a complete beginner or have some training experience, I tailor sessions to your level. My approach is about meeting you where you are and helping you build from there at a pace that works for you.
I train clients in a private studio equipped with dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, and other various equipment. See the contact page for location details. For online coaching, I provide customised programs based on your available equipment and space. Online coaching calls will take place on Google Meet.
Real, lasting progress takes time. Three months allows us to build a solid foundation, make meaningful adjustments, and ensure you see real improvements. Short-term plans often lead to short-term results. A longer commitment helps you develop sustainable habits and long-term success. A shorter commitment sells us both short.
Hybrid In-Person Coaching is a mix of face-to-face personal training and ongoing digital support. You’ll get structured, guided sessions with me in person, a personalised program to follow between sessions, plus regular check-ins. This helps with consistency, accountability, and long-term progress.
I have most experience with bodybuilding and dance styles. Most recently, I've moved into kettlebell training which focuses more on moving with weight, rather than moving weight around a stationary body. And so, in my personal practice I'm heading towards more alternative methods and equipment. In my coaching, however, it's not about what is right for me, it's about finding what works for you!
I don’t focus on crash diets or rapid weight loss, as these aren’t sustainable or healthy long-term. Instead, I help clients address their relationship to self and exercise, and build lasting habits that support overall health and fitness. While fat loss can be a byproduct of training, my goal is to help you feel connected, capable, and confident in your body.
Absolutely. My training style is flexible and adaptable—we use bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, sandbags, and movement-based training to keep things engaging. Whether you enjoy structured strength training or something more exploratory, I’ll help you find an approach that fits.
With online coaching, you’ll receive a customised training program tailored to your goals and equipment, along with weekly check-ins for accountability and guidance. I provide form feedback, progress tracking, and adjustments as needed to keep you moving forward.
That depends on what you have! I design programs around your available equipment, whether that’s bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, a home or commercial gym. If you’re unsure, we can discuss options during the consultation.
Yes! Many people prefer online coaching because it offers flexibility, structure, and guidance without the need for in-person sessions. It works well for those who are self-motivated but need direction and accountability.
I offer flexible options based on your needs. You can view my full pricing details here. If you're unsure which option is right for you, we can discuss it in a free 20min discovery call.
