Each session is scheduled for 60 minutes. We prioritise quality over quantity — so while the training portion may not fill the hour, you’ll always get the structure, support, and feedback you need.
An initial consultation to discuss your exercise history, lifestyle, and goals
A personalised training programme tailored to your goals and session frequency
In-person coaching sessions (60 minutes) at your selected frequency
WhatsApp support during office hours
Progress tracking and programme adjustments when necessary

Your training programme is delivered in phases — one phase at a time — with your first phase typically shared within 7 days of your consultation.
This gives me time to create something meaningful, not rushed — a plan that’s tailored to your goals, your training frequency, and the time we’ll be working together.
Your first in-person session will be scheduled after your programme is ready, so we can start with clarity and intention. You’ll always know what you’re working on, and why.
