Online coaching gives you the structure, guidance, and accountability of personal training — without needing to meet in person.
After your initial consultation, you’ll receive a tailored training plan built around our conversation and arranged working period. For those signing up to multiple blocks, your programme wil be delivered in phases according to your progress.
You’ll have support through WhatsApp and email, plus scheduled coaching calls to review progress, adjust programming, and keep your training effective and sustainable.
This is a flexible, results-focused approach for those who want expert guidance and genuine accountability — wherever they train.
Programme Delivery
You’ll receive your programme via a coaching app (or PDF/email) with structured workouts, clear instructions, and video demonstrations.
Check-ins
Weekly check-ins for the first 4 weeks, moving to bi-weekly thereafter for those committing to longer coaching blocks. Carried out on Google Meet, these calls will used to track progress, adjust your programme, and keep you accountable.

Workouts are designed to suit your equipment — whether you train at home, outdoors, or in a gym.
Commitment
Sign up in 4 week blocks. One block minimum, no upper limit.
Results depend heavily on your commitment, adherence to the process, and length of working period.
Support Between Check-ins
Ongoing support for questions, form checks, and exercise adjustments via Whatsapp.
Cost
£80 per 4-week block. Payment is made in advance of upcoming block.
