About Lewis
As a new father, I've gained fresh perspective on making time for fitness while life demands your attention. Training needs to be both meaningful and efficient. That balance between consistency and adaptability, structure and life's realities, is at the heart of how I coach.
My own training has shifted over the years: heavy gym work, then unconventional tools like sledgehammers and tires, and most recently kettlebells and sandbags. I've explored movement through various styles and sports, from judo, distance running, and dance to strength training and beyond. This variety taught me not to pigeonhole myself into one way of moving, but to stay adaptable as interests and needs evolve.
What matters isn't the specific method. It's finding what works for you right now, with the understanding that it can always change.
