Programme Delivery
You’ll receive your programme via a coaching app (or PDF/email) with structured workouts, clear instructions, and video demonstrations.
Check-ins
Weekly check-ins for the first 4 weeks, moving to bi-weekly thereafter. Carried out on Google Meet to track progress, adjust your programme, and stay accountable.
Session Format
Workouts are designed to suit your equipment — whether you train at home, outdoors, or in a gym.
Commitment
Sign up for coaching in blocks of 4, 8, or 12 weeks or longer — no auto-renewals, no ongoing subscription. Choose the level of commitment and the payment option that suits you.
Support Between Check-ins
Ongoing support for questions, form checks, and exercise adjustments via Whatsapp.
Cost
£120 per 4-week block. Payment is made in advance of upcoming block.
