Session Length
Each session lasts around 60 minutes. The full hour includes warm-up, main session, coaching, and a short cool-down. Some sessions may finish slightly early depending on the training focus.
Equipment
All essential equipment is provided. You only need a clear space of roughly 2m × 2m — a living room, garden, or garage works perfectly.
